Observation

Upon arriving to onsite inspection, Licensor observed Provider ZemZem unlocking the deadbolt to the emergency exit and main entrance door to childcare (with two children in care), not meeting the requirement to have single turn door knob and the deadbolt requiring special knowledge to unlock. (3)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the emergency exit window in the small sleeping room locked from the inside (two children present in care) and requiring special knowledge to unlock. (4)(c)(i)
